Leadership


Jan Erik Sabelström – Founder, Managing Director

Mr. Sabelström brings extensive customer-facing consulting experience in delivering multi-channel marketing, sales and service solutions in both outsourced/hosted and on-premise models.

Prior to founding anyrelm, Mr. Sabelström grew Opcentric, a salesforce.com consulting partner, as Director & General Manager of its Central Region practice. Previously, he was responsible for the delivery of closed-loop Customer Relationship Management solutions for Washington Mutual's Home Loans & Insurance Services business unit. In this senior management role, his responsibilities included the definition, alignment and implementation of business strategies, processes and enabling technologies which resulted in dramatic improvements in customer retention, cross-selling and service effectiveness.

Additionally, Mr. Sabelström has held roles as the eChannel Practice Manager at The Alexander Group, a specialized marketing and sales strategy firm, and CRM Manager at Accenture, where he delivered CRM strategy, business process and technology solutions to domestic and international Fortune Global 500 companies. While at Accenture, Mr. Sabelström was a respected innovator and industry thought leader in the then-emerging competency of multi-channel customer interaction.

Julie Smack – Director, Consulting Services & NPO Solutions

Ms. Smack joins anyrelm with an impressive history of innovation in the development and delivery of CRM and operations solutions to Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and beyond. Through her work prior to and with anyrelm, she is recognized as a thought leader in bringing cost-effective, enterprise grade solutions based on Salesforce.com to NPOs.

Prior to anyrelm, Ms. Smack held the position of Director of Software Solutions at Tides Center, where she implemented a complex solution utilizing the Salesforce.com platform to support the business operations and processes of Tides Center. Saleforce.com highlighted this solution in a Case Study available here.

Ms. Smack began her professional career as a leader in national non-profit health organizations, spending 11 years in program delivery, development and non-profit management. In 2000, she founded Give Power, Inc. where she invented and developed online solicitation technology that now serves as the basis for Kintera's signature Friends Asking Friends® software. She continued this groundbreaking work for more than 5 years as Director, and later, Vice President of Product Management at Kintera, now a Blackbaud company.

Sean Rehder – Director, Talent Solutions

Mr. Rehder's roots in recruiting began as a 3rd party recruiter that focused on engineers for contract positions in the Midwest. With his successes, he moved to Silicon Valley where he assumed the role of a centralized sourcer for a third party technology recruiting firm.

Mr. Rehder expanded to manange contingent workforce programs for employers that engaged 1099 independent contractors prior to working with corporate recruiting teams building CRM applications to find, engage, and pipeline the most desirable talent in their particular industry.

To-date, Mr. Rehder has evangelized and driven companies to take a "talent-centric" approach to recruiting including successes at Electronic Arts, Deloitte Consulting, CBS, MGM Mirage, Dolby, Research In Motion (Blackberry), SNC Lavalin and Andreesen Horowitz. Furthermore in providing compliance expertise, he has aided Cisco, Oracle, Seagate and Adobe among others.

Finding and keeping track of talented individuals is a critical part of how recruitment success in the years to come will be measured. By applying principles of strategic and tactical sourcing to a company's hiring process, Mr. Rehder has produced substantial benefits in their overall talent management processes. By focusing on high value initiatives and developing multiple talent pipelines, a CRM model will identify and build the most capable workforce resulting in the optimum impact on client success.
